• Dual purpose liniment and rinse for use on swellings and tight stiff muscles.
• Lavender liniment is a dual purpose liniment with bith heating and cooling effects. For use on swellings, aching joints and tight stiff muscles. Arnica and withch hazel help to reduce bruising.
 
• Application: Use neat as a rub before exervise to warm up cold, stiff muscles & joints. You can also dilute in hot water for a warm soothing wash, or cold water for refreshing rinse. Key ingredients are menthol, witch hazel & arnica.
